- Performs on-site inspections.
- Works in conjunction with Building Inspector.
- Confirms application meets Zoning Requirements
- Enforces the Town of Ossipee Zoning Ordinance
Building Officer Description
- Performs on-site inspection of buildings and structures while under construction and determines if construction is in compliance with the state building code
- Works in conjunction with Zoning Officer
- Issues required permits
